Amy Cusick

Amy Cusick, HCCP, COS HCM-H, is a Regional Manager for Strategic Realty Management Inc.  Amy has been in the property management business for 12 years and has extensive experience in providing property management, marketing, and sales expertise to a large multi-family and single-family portfolio.   Managing housing sites that include new construction, acquisition-rehabilitation, and affordable program conversion for existing projects located throughout the States of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Tennessee.  Amy has worked with commercial, conventionally financed, Section 42 LIHTC, HOME, Neighborhood Stabilization Program, HUD 4350.3 Programs: Project Based Section 8 (HAP), Public Housing Vouchers and Non-Profit organization.).  In addition, Amy holds the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation, Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation, Housing Compliance Manager – HUD (HCM-H) designation and has completed the Fair Housing in a Flash course with The Fair Housing Institute in 2022.   

Libby Wright

Libby Wright is a Regional Manager for Strategic Realty Management Inc. Libby has been in the conventional and affordable housing management business for 16 years and has extensive experience in providing property management, marketing, sales and asset management expertise to a large multi-family and single-family portfolio.   Managing housing sites located throughout the States of Arkansas, she has worked with conventionally financed, Section 42 LIHTC, HOME, Rural Development 515, and section 8 programs.   In addition, Libby has completed numerous training courses for fair housing leasing, marketing, compliance, and OSHA.  Libby also holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in marketing.

Libby has completed the 2022 Management Best Practices Training with the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission.

Carole Gallegos

Carole Gallegos, HCCP, C3P, is the Training and Technology Coordinator for Strategic Realty Management Inc. Carole has been in the affordable housing management business for 25 years and has extensive experience in providing property management and asset management expertise to a large multi-family and single-family portfolio.   Managing housing sites located throughout the States of Arkansas, and Oklahoma. She has worked with conventionally financed, Section 42 LIHTC, HOME, Tax Exempt Bond, HUD 4350.3 Programs: Project Based Section 8 (HAP), Public Housing Vouchers, Section 202, and Rural Development 515.  Carole is currently licensed as an Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) and Site Compliance Specialist (SCS).  In addition, Carole has completed the 2020 Best Practices Training with the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission and 2022 Oklahoma Fair Housing Training for Property Managers.   Carole has completed the Fair Housing and Seniors course with The Fair Housing Institute in 2023.   

Natalie Savage-Rice

Natalie Savage-Rice, C3P, is a Lease Up Coordinator for Strategic Realty Management Inc. Natalie brings a wealth of experience to her role where she oversees all aspects related to new-construction properties. With over 8 years of experience in the affordable housing sector, Natalie has developed a strong foundation in file processing and compliance. Her expertise spans various housing programs, demonstrating a versatile skill set. Natalie is well-versed in Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), HOME, Project-Based Section 8 (HAP), and the National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF). This diverse experience allows her to navigate the intricacies of different programs, ensuring that properties comply with relevant regulations and meet the necessary standards for affordability. Natalie's commitment to professional development is evident in her certification as a Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P). This designation underscores her proficiency in credit compliance within the affordable housing sector. It indicates her dedication to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in the processing of files related to affordable housing initiatives. As the Lease Up Coordinator, Natalie plays a pivotal role in the successful launch of new-construction properties. Samone Taylor

Samone Taylor, HCCP, is a Lease Up Coordinator for Strategic Realty Management Inc. Samone brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the property management field, with a focus on both multi-family and single-family portfolios. Over the course of her 9-year career, she has demonstrated a strong understanding of various housing programs and regulations. Samone has worked extensively with Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), HOME, and HUD 4350.3 Programs: Project-Based Section 8 (HAP), Public Housing Vouchers, and collaboration with Non-Profit organizations. Her experience includes managing housing sites throughout the state of Arkansas. Her diverse skill set allows her to navigate the complexities of these programs, ensuring compliance and effective property management. Samone has earned the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation, highlighting her commitment to maintaining high professional standards in the industry. This certification reflects her expertise in LIHTC, a crucial aspect of affordable housing development. In 2023, Samone completed the Fair Housing course with The Fair Housing Institute, emphasizing her dedication to upholding fair housing practices. As the Lease Up Coordinator, Samone plays a pivotal role in the successful launch of new construction properties. Denton Branson

Denton Branson, Realtor®, serves as the Principal Broker of Strategic Realty Services Inc. His responsibilities include sales team management, implementing procedures for growth, serving, and providing support for our property management team, and being a servant leader to maintain a well-established Strategic Realty culture. With over a decade of experience in the Real Estate and Construction industry, Denton has been involved in numerous successful projects and real estate transactions in Arkansas and Oklahoma. As a River Valley native, he has an intimate knowledge of the region and understands the markets in which Strategic Realty operates. Throughout his Real Estate and business career he has built a substantial network and gained a well-rounded knowledge of the industry. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith in 2012, and has experience in account management, sales, negotiations, and has served in many leadership roles throughout his career. He is committed to serving our clients throughout the process, whether it is buying, selling, negotiating, or investing in real estate.

Jim C. Petty

Jim C. Petty, CPA, CGMA is a member/owner of Strategic Realty Management Inc.  Jim has over 30 years of experience in the affordable housing industry.  His responsibilities in the various positions held ranged from overseeing the entire development process (new construction and acquisition rehab) to establishing and supervising an asset management and compliance department for a large regional housing/tax credit developer.  Some of his other responsibilities included underwriting prospective developments, feasibility analysis, tax credit/tax exempt bond application completion, carryover/10% test, construction liaison (owner & development representative), cost certification, 8609/Final Allocation, lender/syndicator closing management and numerous other “hands on” and supervisory roles.  Some of the various programs he has been involved with are Section 42 LIHTC, Tax Exempt Bond, HOME, Federal Home Loan Bank CIP and AHP funds, Rural Development 515 Loans, Rural Development 538 Loans, HUD Section 8 Development and others. Jim was the founder of Strategic Realty Developers, Inc and Strategic Realty Advisors, Inc and since 2007 has successfully developed affordable housing communities in Arkansas and Oklahoma both as owner and as a consultant for several not-for-profit organizations. In addition, Jim has completed the Management Best Practices Training with the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission in 2022.

Brent Lacefield

Brent Lacefield is a member/owner of Strategic Realty Management Inc.  Brent has over 20 years of experience in the affordable housing industry.  His responsibilities include assisting on applications in bond and competitive tax credit cycles, creating financial models, reviewing financial statements, researching available development areas, exploring sources of financing, negotiating finance terms, assisting in raising equity, and aiding in closing $178 million tax exempt bonds.  Brent is the construction liaison (owner & development representative) for all deals with Strategic Realty Developers, Inc and has successfully developed affordable housing communities in Arkansas and Oklahoma. In addition, Brent has completed the Management Best Practices Training with the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission in 2022.
